French Louis XV Style Semainier Chest of Drawers, early 20th century.
Beautifully crafted from walnut with intricate marquetry and ormolu bronze hardware. Features seven drawers with original decorative pulls and escutcheons. Topped with a richly veined Rosso Levanto marble, adding warmth and sophistication to the piece. This tall, narrow chest — known as a semainier — was traditionally used for storing a week's worth of clothing.
